The Space
This combined accommodation includes two individual cottages, Purple Martin and The Cardinal, offering four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and comfortable accommodations for up to eight guests.

Each cottage has its own living space, kitchen, outdoor areas, and distinct charm, giving your group the flexibility to gather together or enjoy a little quiet time apart.

While there's plenty to enjoy right on the property, nearby towns offer opportunities to explore local shops, restaurants, and small-town charm.

Historic Downtown Dickson is approximately 10 miles away and offers a variety of local dining, shopping, coffee shops, and other conveniences. For those looking to experience Music City, downtown Nashville is approximately 50 miles away.

Once you're settled in, there's plenty to enjoy without ever leaving the farm!

◇ Guest Waiver: All guests are required to sign a property waiver before arrival. This will be provided in your post-confirmation message.
◇ A Screen-Free Escape: Neither cottage is equipped with a television, offering a chance to unplug and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. However, a shared television is available in the community pavilion near the lake, which is a walk from the cottages. The pavilion is a shared space and may be used by other farm guests.
◇ Dog-Friendly: We know your dogs are family too! We have a $150 pet fee per stay that includes up to 2 dogs. There are no breed or weight restrictions.
◇ Bug & Tick Protection: Buckhorn Hollow Farms is a natural, wooded setting where ticks and other outdoor insects may be present. Bug spray is provided in the cottages, and we strongly recommend using it whenever enjoying the outdoors. Please check yourself, clothing, and belongings before returning inside to help prevent ticks from transferring to linens, towels, and bedding.
◇ Maximum Stay: Stays are limited to 30 nights.
◇ Mid-Stay Cleaning: Guests staying longer than two weeks are required to schedule a mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee.
◇ Shared Amenities: The lake, pickleball courts, pavilion, and other outdoor gathering areas are shared with other guests and residents of Buckhorn Hollow Farms.
◇ Nature & Wildlife: You'll be surrounded by the beauty of the Tennessee countryside. Please enjoy the natural surroundings responsibly and be mindful of local wildlife.
